Mark Adams is an experienced DJ and presenter whose career began at just 12 years old, assisting local DJs and developing a lifelong passion for music and entertainment. His journey has taken him from performing in venues across the UK and the Canary Islands to residencies in Tenerife and Kavos.

After returning to the UK, Mark expanded his career into the communications and media sector, working with major brands including BT and Virgin, alongside roles in sales leadership, engineering, training, and coaching. He has also dedicated time to supporting charities and community causes through both live and recorded entertainment.

A versatile entertainer, Mark plays everything from Motown, Soul, Jazz and Northern Soul to New Wave, Rock, Country, Indie and beyond — believing that “a song always tells a story.” His love for local radio has recently been reignited through involvement with stations such as Magic Soul, Radio 6 and Greatest Hits.

Now based in Frinton-on-Sea, Mark continues to provide entertainment for events and local venues, while pursuing his vision of a truly local community radio station — delivering music, podcasts, social content, and local stories to the Tendring district across DAB, internet radio, and live appearances.
